PCS supports the definition of earliest, latest and public times in the dossier (ELA, ELD, ALA, ALD, PLA, PLD time qualifiers in TAF TSI).
The information is stored in the PCS database and included in the PCS schema. However, please note that only the time information is stored and that there is no dedicated calendar for the earliest, latest and public times. In PCS all calendars and offset are saved and calculated from the actual arrival and actual departure time. Therefore if there is an earliest, latest or public time, PCS will put “0” in the generated message as the offset is a mandatory element regardless of the value of the time qualifier code. Thus, the offsets are fulfilled properly only for ALA and ALD values.
