General

• Users shall give a recognizable name to their dossiers to ensure that the dossier is not used by other users

Applicants

• Users shall only use dossiers that they have created or that other users within their company have created (depending on each company’s way of working)

IMs

• Users shall only use dossiers that they have created or that other users within their company have created (depending on each company’s way of working)
• Users shall only edit the master data (IM parameters, loco types, activity types, common mandatory parameters) related to the company they belong to ​​​​​​​

PCS Test sites 

• Simultaneous use of PCS Test 2 and PCS Test 4 sites is possible (whenever PCS Test 2 is also indicated as open for testing)  
• PCS Test 4: applicants and IM test accounts are available to all 
• PCS Test 2:
  • Login credentials are the same as for the PCS Production site  
  • Outbound communication (from PCS to IMs/ABs/Applicants): please contact the RNE support team for triggering the messages
  • Inbound communication (IMs/ABs/Applicants to PCS): MessageRoutingID with value “2” must be included in the message so the message be routed to PCS Test 2. If MessageRoutingID is not included or another value is indicated, the message will be routed to PCS Test 4.
