1. Introduction

PCS gives users the freedom to set up traffic periods in service. Each user role can define its own periods of service and these periods of service apply to all companies in the country. They are actually calendar templates, which are supposed to be often used for the dossiers. It is used to set up the usual operation day patterns e.g. only workdays, only weekends, etc…

3. Access Control Rules (ACL)

The created traffic period in service can be used in the TTP where it was created within the specific country. It has no owner on the user level and it is not valid if the dossier contains PaPs ( the function will not be available on the territory calendar).

  • Create: any Applicant/IM can create a “traffic period in service” calendar template. It’s not applicable to C-OSS managers. Use the “+Traffic period” button to create one.
  • Edit/Delete: any user who registered for the same country as the creator user e.g.: lte-hu is a Hungarian Applicant who created a “Weekday” traffic period in service template which can be edited by VPE, who is an Allocation Body in Hungary. It can be edited/deleted at any time, not connected to dossiers.

Another Hungarian applicant FoxRail Zrt can also edit/delete it.

Each period in service is assigned a unique code and a designation.

4. Add to dossiers

As mentioned before traffic periods in service are template calendars, users can add these template calendars when they do have edit rights in their phases.

Go to the territory calendar view to select from the “User traffic period” drop-down where it can be added:

When no longer needed, the defined periods in service could be deleted. The deleted traffic periods in service are no longer available for new dossiers.
